2023 & 2024 "Best in Class" for Classic Gin at the Canadian Artisan Spirits Competition. Aptly named Forager as the spruce tips where hand picked from the Coal Creek area of Montane, a community in Fernie. It doesn't get much more local than that! A dry gin with a rich forest and pine nose, a silky body and a long smooth finish a touch of spicy heat. Makes a fantastic dry martini for the purists or is a great match with your favourite tonic or soda with a twist of citrus.
